    The correct answer is metabolic acidosis.

    Hypovolemic shock reffers to decreased amount of blood and hence decreased oxygen levels. Decreased oxygen promotes the conversion of pyruvic acid to lactic acid, which will result in metabolic acidosis (low pH of the blood).
