The tertiary consumers would be the most affected, it could lead to death.

    Explanation:

Biomagnification means that the concentrations of toxins an organism ingests becomes greater the higher up the trophic levels go. For example if a fish somehow ate some toxic food they would only be affected a little bit because they eat a small amount of that food. However, if a larger fish ate the aforementioned fish it would be more affected because it would eat multiple smaller fish that have ingested the toxins. Then if a shark at the bigger fish the shark would ingest even more toxins because it ate a large fish that had toxins from multiple small fish and the food the small fish ate. The shark would have ingested the most toxins out of all the animals and sequentially would be the most affected.
