    Elevated blood concentrations of glucose that’s why Insulin is secreted in the first hand response. This is very important because insulin is "in charge" of facilitating glucose into cells. Some neural stimuli and increased blood concentrations of other fuel molecules, including amino acids and fatty acids, also promote insulin secretion.
