The 3-dimensional structure of a protein determines the activity of that protein. Describe what we mean by the "Delicate balance of protein structure". Relate this delicate balance to the need for accuracy in DNA replication, in mRNA synthesis (transcription), and in protein synthesis (translation).

Answer:Proteins are built as a chain of amino acid. Each protein's have there own structure and functions. In case of mutation it does not respond correct protein structure. protein produced by a balanced central dogma method.

Explanation: If mutation occurs in DNA replication its lead to change in DNA sequence. After DNA replication DNA enters in transcription for production of mRNA. But mutant DNA sequence lead to wrong mRNA sequence. If mRNA is incorrect then into translation where it will make issue with each protein that the mutated mRNA will make. Protein will does not stable in the cell in particular mutation condition. So DNA replication is essential for rest of the sequences.
