    Muscle extensors are muscles that usually increase the angle between members of a limb. Also, it is joint movement that increases the angle between two bones.

    The four extensor muscles of the lower forelimb were:

    Extensor carpi radialis

    Extensor digitorum communis

    Extensor digitorum lateralis

    Extensor carpi ulnaris.

    However, these muscle assist in the flexing of the elbow.
