What is expected to happen to malaria-carrying mosquitoes in the coming century?

    They will spread to non-endemic regions, especially in highlands areas. This is attributed to global warming that is resulting in increased global temperatures. Mosquitoes were know to only be endemic to warm regions such as coastal strips. As once cooler regions begin to warm up, mosquitoes will spread to the areas. Malaria will thus be more prevalent.
