    Answer: the nurse would question what the primary Heath care provider prescribed for the child and if they are allergic and if they have been prescribed the same medication multiple times

    explanation: they would ask what they gave them in case the are having an allergic reaction and they would ask how many times they have been prescribed the medicine because the medicine might not be working anymore or could be giving off side effects.
