    Explanation:

    Domestication is the process through which humans have selected desirable traits this includes plants and animals. The best example for selecting desirable traits are dog breeds. It is believed that those animals that were more tamed with humans were selected and breed to preserve the characteristic. After a long time the trait was preserved in the species population. These process is known as artificial selection.
