When inflammatory chemicals are released the permeability of capillaries increases and vasodilation occurs.

    Explanation:

Inflammatory chemicals are released by cells that get damaged by bacteria, toxin, heat or any other way. The release of these chemicals results in increased capillaries permeability that are around the damaged tissue and vasodilation.

The increased permeability of capillaries allow the fluids containing many different protein to enter the damaged tissue which cause swelling in that region which is one of the consequences of inflammation. The other consequence of inflammation are heat, pain, and redness.

So the permeability of capillaries is increased when inflammatory chemicals are released.
