In garden pea plants, green pod color (G) is dominant to yellow pod color (g). Which of the following statements is true about the results of a cross between a homozygous plant that produces green pods and a plant that produces yellow pods?

    All of the "baby" pea plants would have green pods as the green pod allele is dominant. However, they would all be carriers of the yellow pod allele so if they were to breed with another carrier or a pea plant with yellow pods then some of those offspring would have yellow pods.
