    Weight alone does not necessarily indicate health in this way. A person's height and age would play a factor. A 5'6" 200 pound individual would probably be far more unhealthy than a 6'5" individual. Also, a man of 70 at 200 pounds could be in grave risk for his health than would a 20 year old man. Qualities beside weight should factor into determination of 'weight' category.
