If oxygen atoms are in low concentration outside of a cell, but the cell requires more oxygen, how will the cell move the oxygen inside the membrane?

    Diffusion, it won't be osmosis since osmosis is only in regards with water, oxygen should be small enough to pass throught the cell without the need to an protein channel.
