Briefly describe the relationship between safety & productivity.

Safety and productivity go hand in hand. the CNA staff has to be aware of that patient's risk of a fall. also, clearing the walking path b4 moving a patient. Even tho CNA's are considered "the bottom of the barrel" as far as education, and the RN staff, CNA's have the hardest job in the nursing industry, to be respected by higher - degree nursing staff, you have to toilet, dress wounds, take lab samples to lab, and consistently keep excrement away from the skin. younger CNA's go straight to nursing core coarses as long as they pick 1 day a month to work as a CNA until they take their state exam.
