Mitotic cell division is a type of cell division where a parent cell divides into two separate cells which are genetically identical. These two cells are known as chromosomes. The cells appear like threads. The activities for prometaphase; the nuclear membrane breaks down into numerous small vesicles and the chromosomes align themselves at the middle of the cell
