    Energy that flows from a hot mug of tea to a cold hand because the heat just doesn't stop right when it is poured into a cup it steams because of how hot it is, the one with the book if using a applied force not heat, when you drive a car you accelerate to stop and use momentum and a Applied force to go, and the last one is used when you are using a outlet or something so plugging something in to a wall to make it turn on it goes through the cord (wires) to make it happen
