A solution high in salt content will have what affect on a plant cells vacuole?

    Due to osmosis water molecules move from a region of higher water potential to a region of lower potential, so water molecules will move from the vacuole to the salt solution. This causes the cell to become soft and flaccid, turgor pressure will also be lost
