The correct answer is drug resistant tuberculosis. A form of tuberculosis (TB) is resistant to the two main anti-TB drugs isoniazid and rifampin. Some strains of the TB bacteria developed resistance to the standard drug regime and thus require additional drugs such as fluroquinolones. These secondary drugs are less effective at killing the mycobacterium that causes TB but remain a viable option.
