    The ozone layer of the earth is designed to protect all life of the organisms from the harmful radiation of the sun, but due to the human activities, the shield of the layer have been damaged. With the reduction of the protection from this ozone layer against ultraviolet Ray's will lead to damage of plants and also result to high risk of cancer in organisms.

    Ultraviolet light is usually absorbed by the DNA bases, through the double bond of thymine and cytosine. As a result of this energy is added to the bond and this give room to reaction with a neighboring base. Then covalent bond is formed with the neighboring base especially if it is

    thymine or cytosine base.
