    Monthly mean temperature of oceanic climates should be below 22°C in the warmest months. Hottest month is on July. From the options, the location most likely situated near the ocean should be A. It's not B or D since it has 18°C. Not C as well as the interval of temperatures seems to be offset, and it should be colder as it approaches October.
