What event coincides with the transition from the proliferative phase to the secretory phase?

    Ovulation

    Ovulation can be defined as the release of eggs from women ovaries and it travel down the fallopian tube where it can be possibly fertilized by a sperm cell. Also, ovulation normally last for a day and it usually occurred in the middle of a womans menstrual cycle which is about two weeks before her period.
