    Okay so the rate he is breathing is 1 breath/14 seconds.

    Now you need to know how many breaths he takes in 60 seconds (1 min)

    1/14 = x/60

    Now, cross multiply;

    60 = 14x

    x = 60/14

    x = 4.285

    So He takes 4.285 or 4.29 or 4.3 breaths per minute depending on what place value you're rounding to.
