A scientist extracts sperm from the lumen of a seminiferous tubule and injects it into a tube with several eggs. Will it successfully fertilize one of the eggs?

    Explanation:

    Sperm, the male sex gamete stored in the seminiferous tubule have a LIFE SPAN of about five (5) days.

    So, once extracted it remains viable and WILL fertilize any viable egg.

    Note that fertilization is possible as long as the sperm remain alive AND the eggs are also viable.
