The structure named as endoplasmic reticulum.

    Option: B

    Explanation:

The Endoplasmic reticulum contained in majority of eukaryotic cells and produced with its two pillars named as a smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER) and rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER). This group of organelle creates an integrated web of flattened, membrane-wrapped sacs identified as cisternae (in the RER) and tubular frameworks in the SER.

The ER membranes are consistent with the outer nuclear layer. This reticulum is not present in red blood cells or spermatozoa. The two forms of ER express most of the same proteins and participate in certain similar processes like lipid and cholesterol production. All cell types produce varying ratios of the two ER forms, based on the cell's operation.
