Answer: Moss gametes are produced by undergoing meiosis.

Gametes: They are referred to as reproductive cells which fuse in the sexual life cycle. This is mating of two different sex cells.
Meiosis: This is a process whereby a cell forms four gamete cells by dividing twice. This process reduces chromosomes in the parent cell by half.
