    The cryosphere is the frozen water of the Earth system. The ice and snow is part of Cryosphere which includes ice sheets in Greenland as well as Antartica and areas of snow and permafrost. Permafrost is a permanent frozen layer located below the surface of the Earth. It is compose of soil, sand, gravel and is being bind by ice.
