When dr. smith diagnoses a patient with schizophrenia and dr. jones diagnoses that same patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder, we would say that dr. smith and dr. jones do not have ... ?

    I found options for this question elsewhere however the question was slightly different as it asked what the doctors DO have. The options for that question were.

    1) low diagnostic validity.

    2) low diagnostic reliability.

    3) low diagnostic accuracy.

    4) low diagnostic criteria.

    So in that case the correct answer was 2. Low diagnostic reliability. This means that both doctors ability to diagnose patients is mostly unreliable and cannot be trusted.

    However if you are asking what the doctors DO NOT have then the answer would be HIGH diagnostic reliability and the explanation would be same.
