    The answer is false. Lipogenesis is the triglyceride synthesis, wherein lipogenesis occurs only when ATP or glucose levels are over the needed substance. The opposite action of lipogenesis is lipolysis, wherein stored fats are being broken down into glycerol and fatty acids, which results as fuel for the body.
