The nurse would conclude that the client is experiencing feelings of self-deprecation. A self-deprecation is an act in which an individual belittles his or herself or a way of undervaluing one's self in which the client is likely experiencing as she undervalues herself in a way of saying that she is lazy as to why it led to the reason that she thinks that she doesn't deserve it.
