The answer for the above question is Protein-energy malnutrition

It is a form of malnutrition or under nutrition caused by an extremely deficient intake of calories, proteins, or both. Two examples of this type of malnutrition are Kwashiokor and marasmus. Kwashiokor is protein deficiency with adequate energy intake while marasmus is inadequate intake in all forms including proteins.
