    1. In a diverse work environment, one must realise that people are different and therefore bring different things to the table. It is important therefore to act in such a way that the difference in people is accepted. This will lead to a more productive environment due to the exchange of perspectives that would not have previously been possible in a non-diverse environment.

    2. Seeking training is another way to go. One might not know how to relate to people different from them and even if they do, it is still recommended to seek training. This way one can learn how to. properly relate with coworkers from different backgrounds thereby fostering unity and by extension Organizational Effectiveness.

    3. Relating to diverse co-workers is like relating to other people. It is important to build on similarities. These similarities will show that people are not that different afterall and breeds acceptance. From acceptance due to. similarities, acceptance of differences comes in as well paving the way for good relations.
