The company breaches the consumer's right to be informed about the products. By misleading or misrepresenting the outcomes of the use of the product, the company opens itself to damage to its reputation. Consumers are entitled to know exactly how a product will effect them, and not giving all the known information damages the trust between consumer and producer.
