Alex is injured and rushed to Care Hospitals for treatment. He spent 69 minutes at the hospital out of which he filled a form for 21 minutes, stood in the queue for 20 minutes, doctor treated him for 16 minutes, and payment time was 12 minutes. What is the service cycle efficiency for his visit?
