Small business owners face a lot of challenges to start up and to keep up. They are very hands on and are the drivers behind their businesses. They have to work really hard to make it because they cannot depend on Board directors, a huge workforce or substantial bank credit to keep them going.

So when they become successful they would have worked for that success and gone through a lot to achieve it.

This is why their experience is so invaluable. They have a wealth of knowledge on the do's and don't's in an industry and as such learning from them is nothing short of a blessing.
