Can return the Jet Ski to Mills, without repairs, for a full refund.

    Explanation:

Minors cannot legally sign a purchasing contract except for purchasing necessities, e. g. food, clothes.

Since the amount of this transaction is significant, there should have been a written contract between the parties. Mills should have requested Fritz some type of legal identification before selling the jet ski and signing the contract. His only possible defense is that Fritz used a forged ID when he purchased the jet ski and Mills was tricked by it.

But if Mills cannot prove that Fritz tricked him using some fake ID, then Fritz has the right to void the contract and return the item for a full refund. it doesn't matter if the jet ski suffered damages or not, Fritz is not liable for any reparation costs.
