What would be the advantages/disadvantages of using cost-of-service versus value-of service pricing for Hardee's customers? When discussing cost-of-service pricing, what type of cost (average versus marginal) would make more sense for Hardee? 2. value-of-service is always a wiser choice versus cost-of-service pricing because the quality keeps the business going with loyal customers but most importantly keeps them satisfied. Average is always better versus marginal because it doesn't have as wide of a fluctuation versus marginal. In order for Hardee to price his existing services I would advise him/her to check the prices of the local top three competitors to come up with a price that stands out to the customers but also offers the best services offered. Make sure to always work on offering something new or a special offer during each quarter the company is up and running/working. After all the world and especially in the business sector, it is always changing and evolving. And lastly, I would go with different because it always pays to be a little different but also because if u want to stand out as a company or business owner, the best way is to remind the customers who Hardee is with that little bit of "different."
