Explanation: In democratically developed countries, the question of independence and separation of the political, economic and legal systems is not raised, it is understood, and it is rooted in the consciousness of the people in such states.

In contrast to democratic states, there are authoritarian states where the so-called political economy is represented. This means that the law of the market is not determined by supply and demand, that is, by all the laws of the liberal capitalist economy. The political economy is conditioned by political decisions and as such does not constitute a system with independent and distinct political, economic and legal branches. Politics interferes with everything, in the legal system, in the everyday life of people, their way of thinking, determines the parameters of the economy, which in such conditions does not follow the laws of the market but the political interests of the government.
