IAC stands for indirect air carriers, these are approved from TSA so when accepting cargo from another IAC, one must check about IAC that it is on the list which is approved by TAS and also check for the validation of their IAC number and certificate expiration date. And IAC must obtain the Station Security Number at the time of acceptance of elevated risk cargo.
