    Explanation:

    The internet was developed by the US military during the late 1960s and it was first named ARPANet (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network). Its primary use was to allow multiple computers to communicate with each other using a single network. In 1969 the ARPANet was finally tested and the first message was sent between a computer in UCLA and a computer in Stanford university. The first message was "LOGIN".
