Which two advantages do renters have that home buyers don't have?

    The ability to switch houses as long as they're willing to pay deposits, some don't pay water bills (living in apartment complexes), the landlord makes all of the repairs (not in all cases), (in most cases) you will be relocated if something happens to the apartment, if you have kids on low-income, you could qualify for section-8 housing, (some have) free standard cable, and may qualify for rent-to-own.

    There isn't too many advantages in renting a house because some landlords don't allow pets, satellite TV/Internet, modifying the house, or letting others live with you.
