    The computation of the number of slacks in the project is

    = Total completion time on a project - Task A planned days - Task B planned days - Task C planned days

    = 25 days - 7 days - 5 days - 8 days

    = 5 days slack

    Basically we deduct the total planned days taken by each task from the total completion time on a project so that the number of slacks has come.
