NO, i don't think so holacracy should be compared to Consulting company

Explanation:

1. The whole Decision-making process is delegated in Holacracy whereas in a consulting company professional feedback is given

2. They are similar as both type can be performed in a business entity Example. holacracy can be done under a consulting company.

3. In Accounting Department delegation of work is a bit difficult as monitory decision should only reside in the hands of upper management. as it would result in violation and malpractice.
