    10 % of 700 = 70

    so 20% of 700 = (70 x 2) = 140

    5 % of 700 = (70 / 2) = 35

    1% of 700 = (35 / 5) = 7

    7 x 6 = 42

    700 - 182 = 518.

    selling price is £518.
