    Blue collar workmen are paid hourly wages and are expected to expend a large quantum of strength and engage in so much labor; as is the case for construction and factory workers.

    However, organizations wishing to avoid strikes and extended contract negotiations should rather use the white collar method of recruiting because white collar professionals hardly have unions and strikes since they are non-violent and will rarely agitate for increase in wage rate

    White collar professionals also have full time employments and has no need to agitate for extended contracts as opposed to blue collar who have contracts and are bound to seek for extensions
