Are prepaid card and prepaid debit card the same?

also, can I use a savings * or prepaid * card to order off of websites or pay with it in stores?

    Prepaid debit card is the kind of card which can be repeatedly used, as long as the cardholder keeps adding or loaded the money into the card. It could carry a monthly fee.

    Whereas, Prepaid card is the one which is not associated with the bank account, in this card the cardholder spending the money which he or she already loaded onto the card

    Therefore, both are the same.

    The person will use the savings not the prepaid card while order from websites or to pay in stores as the prepaid card is like a gift card, in which is bought with money loaded onto it and the cardholder keeps adding the money whenever he or she wants. So, it cannot be used to pay for websites order.
