How do you draw the electronic dot diagram for methylcyclohexane?

    Explanation:

    Join six carbon atoms in a ring with a seventh carbon atom off to the side (Figure 1).

    Fill all the unfilled valences of C with H atoms (Figure 2).

    Each line represents a pair of bonding electrons.

    There are no lone pairs, so Figure 2 is the electron dot structure.
