What would warm you up a bowl of hot soup or two slices of hot butters toast

It's the SOUP because since the soup is going to be really hot for a while, it would also be warm inside you when you eat it, causing you to feel warm; warming you up.

When the hot butters toast is eaten, it wouldn't warm you up though.
