(C2O4) 2 - will be oxidised to CO2 and Fe2 + will be reduced to Fe (Oxidation state 0) first and then will be oxidised to Fe2O3 in which Fe has oxidation state of + 3
So in net reation Fe is oxidised to + 3 from + 2
4FeC2O4+3KMnO4=>2Fe2O3+3K2MnO2+6CO2
