    The number of Ml that are needed to make 100.0 ml of 0.750 m. if 1.00M NaCl is available is calculated as below

    M1V1=M2V2

    M1=1.00 m

    V1=?

    M2=0.75m

    V2 = 100.0 ml

    V1 is therefore = M2V2/M1

    = (0.75m x 100.0 ml) / 1.00m = 75 ml of NaCl is needed
