    Child mass = 26 kg

    prescribed dose = 25 mg/kg

    Quantity required = 25mg/kg * 26 kg = 650 mg

    quantity per capsule = 250

    Number of capsules required = 650 mg/250 mg = 2.6 capsules.

Consult with doctor to see if 2 or 3 should be administered, or alternate between 2 and 3 capsules (not recommended).
