Helium does not react with any other substance. Is it accurate to say that helium has no chemical properties?

    No, it is not accurate to say so because the chemical properties of helium include its health effects due to long time exposure, it's a gaseous chemical element with a symbol: He with an atomic number of 2 etc. Helium is also one of the noble gases of group 0 in the periodic table and not to mention that its the second lightest element after hydrogen. As a matter of fact its more accurate to say to has just about no reactive properties.
